The role

We are looking for an Architect for a permanent position at an architecture firm in Zaragoza. The professional will be responsible for managing and developing architectural projects with a technical and professional focus.

What you'll do

The main functions of the person joining will be the following:

Coordinate and develop all aspects of renovation and single-family projects, from the conception of the proposal to the completion of the work; design, construction, budget and schedule management, and client management.
Comprehensive development of building projects in technical and design aspects.
Comply with technical, design, documentation, and construction standards, as well as all regulations required by the project.
Communicate and coordinate all parties involved in the project, including clients and contractors.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Architecture and demonstrable experience in building and/or renovation and interior design projects. Experience on-site will be positively valued in the case of renovation and interior design projects.
Skills in architectural and interior design and the development of projects of various scales.
Advanced proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, 3D modeling tools, and Office suite).
Ability to work in a team, client management, attention to detail, organization, and results orientation.
