The position will play a key role in team management, process optimization, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations, ensuring high standards of service, productivity, safety, and quality.

As Warehouse and Plant Operations Coordinator, you will perform the following functions:

• Organize, distribute, and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping of goods.
• Coordinate human and material resources to ensure compliance with established service and productivity levels.
• Lead the warehouse operations team, fostering a culture of commitment, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and stock control, ensuring inventory reliability.
• Optimize storage locations and internal flows to improve operational efficiency and reduce handling times.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Transportation, and Operations departments the planning of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Manage incidents related to suppliers, customers, and defective materials.
• Ensure the maintenance, order, and cleanliness of facilities and work equipment.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor operational indicators and prepare reports for Management.
• Manage the training, development, planning, and motivation of the team under their responsibility.

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

• Vocational training, university degree, or equivalent experience related to industrial engineering, Operations, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing medium-to-high volume warehouses and operational teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouses, and logistics processes.
• Experience in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of tools and ERP systems.
• Valuable experience in industrial environments, production plants, distribution, or logistics.
• Organizational skills, results orientation, and decision-making ability.
