The role

From the Tax & Legal division of Michael Page, we are managing a Coordinator (AML/CFT) position to join the Technical Unit of a highly prestigious Law Firm located in Madrid. The selected person will be responsible for team coordination and the supervision and execution of tasks within the Technical Unit regarding AML/CFT, as well as the review of complex files.

What you'll do

- Preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and SEPBLAC.

- Coordination of the daily activity of the Technical Unit.

- Preparation of periodic reports and review of monitoring indicators.

- Supervision of the correct application of internal AML/CFT procedures.

- Definition and improvement of internal procedures and controls.

- Review of files and onboarding of new clients.

- Updating of manuals, risk matrices, and internal procedures.

- Resolution of complex incidents and review of internal alerts and risk signals.

- Identification of chains of control and fiduciary structures.

- KYC and Due Diligence.
