• Do you have experience as an International Customer Service agent?
• Do you speak English + Italian/German or French?

• Previous experience in Customer Service or client support.
• High level of English required (daily use).
• Second language valued: Italian, German, or French.
• Good command of IT tools / ERP.
• Organized, proactive profile with a client-oriented approach.
