The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
Consolidated experience in Production Management, Operations, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement positions.
Experience in industrial environments with responsibility over teams and production processes.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Experience in the implementation of new production lines, expansions, or industrial projects.
Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and change management.
Result-oriented and focused on the improvement of operational indicators.
Availability to reside in or relocate to the province of Jaén.

The role

We are looking for a Production Director to lead the industrial activity of a major agro-industrial company located in the province of Jaén. The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and leading continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with production, quality, cost, and service objectives.

Leadership of several production plants and their operations teams.
Position with high autonomy and visibility within the organization.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will join as Production Director, reporting directly to General Management. Their main responsibilities will be:

Direct and coordinate the production activity of the group's various industrial plants.
Lead process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency projects.
Supervise the performance of production lines through the monitoring of indicators and action plans.
Guarantee compliance with productivity, quality, cost, and service objectives.
Actively participate in the commissioning of new facilities and production expansions.
Drive automation and technological improvement initiatives.
Lead, develop, and coordinate plant managers and middle management.
Coordinate activity between the different industrial facilities.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Manage industrial transformation and growth projects within the organization.
