At Elis, Production Managers make all human and material resources available to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction.

• You will ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards and promote participatory development.

• You will look for new ideas to solve plant problems (team organization, coordination with the maintenance department) and participate in innovations as part of a team.

• You will be the link with the sales department, carefully listening to customer feedback.

• You will seek and propose continuous improvement ideas: improvement of processes across the entire production chain.

• You will work in coordination with cross-functional teams within the same plant.
