Requirements

What we're looking for

Master's or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related areas, along with more than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
More than 2 years of experience managing projects and leading engineering teams in technology companies.
More than 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, generative AI, deep learning (computer vision, LLMs, etc.), or software engineering in industrial environments.
Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of Machine Learning or AI systems, including solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI, as well as their deployment in production cloud environments.
Demonstrable experience with LLM models, including fine-tuning, alignment, pruning, and model compression techniques.
Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
Experience using GitHub or GitLab workflows and functionalities.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and development best practices.
Excellent leadership skills to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
Full proficiency in Spanish and English.

What you'll do

Lead an international team of engineers to develop and deliver innovative solutions to the most complex challenges of our strategic clients.
Define and lead the technical direction of complex projects, designing the appropriate technological solution and guaranteeing the quality of the approaches and technologies used.
Manage technical projects from start to finish, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk analysis.
Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to face unforeseen obstacles and maintain the progress of initiatives.
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance to ensure the efficient fulfillment of project objectives.
Supervise project performance and adopt proactive measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Prepare documentation, supervise and report on project status, and evaluate the quality and accuracy of documentation.
Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management to report on progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Collaborate with other managers and project managers to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Understand the strategic and tactical objectives of clients and participate actively in the development and implementation of business solutions.
Contribute to the technological strategy by providing knowledge about clients, trends, and technologies.
