Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 4-5 years of experience in technological initiatives linked to data, software architecture, and artificial intelligence.

Background in AI: knowledge of data platforms, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agent frameworks, or Computer Vision.

Previous experience in technical management or leadership of teams/projects (Technical PM, Tech Lead, Lead Architect, or Engineering Manager).

Ability to understand deep technical conversations and translate them into implications, alternatives, and strategic business decisions.

Product and industrialization vision: judgment to transform AI developments into scalable, secure, and production-ready products and infrastructures.

Clear, structured communication oriented toward generating trust with technical and executive stakeholders.

Professional level of English and Spanish.

Availability to attend the Barcelona offices 2-3 days a week.

Nice to have

Ideal experience in consulting environments or with large clients.

Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Practical experience with RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, multimodal models (LVMs), or MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.

Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and development automation (AI-assisted SDLC).

Currently, we are looking for a Technical Manager (AI & Data) to join their specialized team in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Translate business needs into realistic and innovative technological proposals within complex Data and AI initiatives.

Participate in the definition and industrialization of advanced architectures (Generative AI, Agent platforms, LLMs/LVMs, Computer Vision, and MLOps/LLMOps), valuing scalability, security, governance, and sustainability.

Lead technical project management (Technical PM) and accompany the evolution of solutions from the initial technological strategy to their end-to-end implementation (specification, assisted code generation, and integration).

Maintain fluid and trusting communication with technical teams, business managers, and leadership profiles of the country's main clients (Banking, Industry, etc.).

Accompany organizations in their transformation process, helping Data Scientists and engineers scale their models to production.

Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and prioritization criteria that facilitate strategic decisions.

Management and mentoring of specialized technical teams, driving engineering best practices, data governance, and responsible AI adoption.
