We are looking for a Civil Works Site Manager - Urban Development to lead and manage projects in the construction sector in Tres Cantos (Madrid). The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of works within the established schedule, quality, and budget.

• Construction company specialized in civil works
• Strong company specializing in urban development and hydraulic engineering

• Plan and coordinate civil works activities in urbanization projects in Tres Cantos.
• Supervise compliance with established schedules and quality standards.
• Manage the material and human resources necessary for the execution of the works.
• Control the budget and ensure cost optimization in each phase of the project.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site.
• Collaborate with the different departments involved in the project.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the works and present results to management.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Public Works or similar.
• Solid knowledge of civil works and urban development project management.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate on-site activities.
• Advanced proficiency in works planning and management tools.
• Knowledge of regulations related to construction and urban development.
• Availability to work in Tres Cantos (Madrid).
