At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Building Site Manager to join our team in Costa del Sol, eager to grow professionally in a consolidated and dynamic company.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the construction work, promoting safety to eliminate accident risks.

• Strictly control deadlines, propose and implement corrective measures, and report monthly to the head office.

• Manage the project budget, monitoring and reporting on the projected budget.

• Lead the production team (foremen and in-house resources), positively influencing the achievement of objectives.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the construction work, promoting safety to eliminate accident risks.

• Ensure consistency between on-site reality and the information provided to clients.

• Supervise the technical and economic hiring of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring budget, quality, and schedule compliance.

We are looking for a proactive person with attention to detail and teamwork skills, who collaborates closely with the site team to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and the continuous improvement of processes.

• Technical Architecture - Building Engineering or Civil Engineering (ITOP / Degree in Civil Engineering) or another related technical qualification.

• Minimum experience of at least 3 years in site management within the construction/development sector.

• Knowledge of project management software and planning tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and propose effective solutions.

• Geographic mobility for relocation to one of our construction sites (Valencia).
