The role

We are looking for a Site Manager specializing in unique buildings for a permanent position in Madrid. The main objective will be the integral management of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality.

Plan and coordinate the different execution phases of the works.
Supervise and control compliance with established deadlines.
Manage the material and human resources necessary for the site.
Guarantee the quality of the work performed according to established standards.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Report the progress of the works to the project management.
