The role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the entire lifecycle of residential construction projects. Your strategic vision will enable you to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, coordinate teams and stakeholders, anticipate risks, and effectively address challenges as they arise, ensuring project success. You must be highly mindful of the exclusivity of the projects (luxury residential) and the exceptional value of the clients.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

* University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Engineering or a similar qualification.

* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar position within the construction/real estate development sector, preferably in high-end residential projects in Spain/Balearic Islands.

* Experience in company contracting (leading the bidding process).

* Experience in the operation, relationship, and management of the different stakeholders on a construction site.

* Solid knowledge of construction processes and the legal framework in Spain (LOE) and/or the Balearic Islands.

* Advanced experience in cost control, budgeting, and construction certifications.

* Strong leadership capacity and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

* Negotiation and effective communication skills.

* Autonomy and problem-solving orientation, with own initiative.

* Analytical and strategic approach to decision-making.

* High capacity for organization and simultaneous management of multiple projects.

* Proficiency in English is essential and German is highly recommended, due to the type of client they will interact with.

* Residency in Ibiza or availability to relocate there.
