The role

We are looking for a Technical Manager for a company specializing in energy efficiency services and CAE management. The selected profile will lead technical communication with clients to understand and offer the best solution.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for the entire CAE lifecycle, ensuring that detected energy savings are successfully converted into issued CAEs, guaranteeing methodological rigor, communication with verification entities, and proper administrative processing before the Ministry and regional bodies. To this end, the following duties will be performed:

Management and supervision of the department's technical activities.
Develop detailed engineering and field audits by analyzing processes to identify energy-saving measures.
Development of specific CAEs.
Act as the main point of contact and defend technical files with full autonomy before Independent Verification Entities.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected profile must meet the following requirements:

Engineering degree.
Experience in similar positions related to energy efficiency.
Strong knowledge of the IPMVP protocol and measurement and verification methodologies (CMVP certification is highly valued).
Strong knowledge of CAE platforms.
Dynamic personality and initiative.
Client/results-oriented mindset.
