The role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Management / Executive Business Partner with consolidated experience in business environments in a phase of growth and professionalization, who acts as a strategic right hand to General Management.

What you'll do

Work directly and continuously with the General Management on the organization and strategic prioritization of the business.
Design, implement, and optimize work systems, operational methodologies, and organizational dynamics.
Active follow-up of franchisees on behalf of the General Management.
Regular visits to the branches in Madrid Sur, Ibiza, Mallorca, and Zaragoza for operational follow-up.
Act as a cross-departmental coordination figure, monitoring projects, priorities, and action plans.
Oversee initiatives and processes on behalf of the General Management.
Structure agendas, information flows, and decision-making systems.
Drive organizational improvements and ensure compliance with objectives and timelines.
Prepare executive documentation, analyses, reports, and KPI tracking.
Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and propose solutions.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

8–15 years of solid experience in positions with close proximity to General Management (Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Deputy to Management, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and consolidate work systems and organizational methodologies in companies undergoing growth or professionalization.
Profile with executive maturity, strong judgment, and high autonomy in decision-making, with the ability to prioritize and structure complex environments.
Experience in cross-departmental coordination and project oversight on behalf of General Management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools.
