A successful Senior Salesforce Developer should have:

Proven expertise in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs; strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, OOP, bulkification and governor limits.
Good understanding of loyalty programs - members, points, rewards, vouchers, benefits, tiers, transactions and redemption.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations - REST/SOAP, Bulk APIs, authentication, security and event-driven architecture - and experience with large data volumes / high-volume processing.
Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Data Cloud is highly desirable; experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, POS or other enterprise platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI-assisted service capabilities is a plus.

Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Implement updates and improvements to Salesforce applications.
