What you'll get

Permanent contract.

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one hour for lunch.

The role

Hospitality group made up of four establishments, currently undergoing a process of reorganization and unification of its financial and accounting area.

Right hand to the CFO
Cross-functional position within the finance department

What you'll do

Provide support to the Accounting Director in the day-to-day management of the department.
Recording and posting of accounting transactions.
Management and review of supplier and customer invoices.
Bank reconciliations and review of accounting accounts.
Posting and monitoring of collections and payments.
Support in monthly accounting closing processes.
Preparation and review of accounting documentation.
Support in the accounting management of the different companies and establishments within the group.
Assistance in preparing information for tax advisors and auditors.
Monitoring and control of financial and administrative documentation.
Resolution and follow-up of issues related to accounting operations.
Collaboration in improving internal processes within the financial area.
Other support tasks for the accounting and financial area as required by the department.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in accounting positions.
Solid knowledge of general accounting.
Experience with accounting closings and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
Previous experience working with an accounting ERP will be valued.
Experience in the hospitality sector or with companies with multiple entities will be valued.
Ability to quickly integrate into a new work environment and take on responsibilities from the start.
Organized, meticulous person with attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate closely with the area manager.
