Engineering Consultant

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Mechanical, Data or related field)

Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus

• Analysis & Data Management: Analyse client data sets, ensuring consistency, completeness, and usability. Perform data aggregation, modelling, and visualization to support decision-making. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in warehouse operations

• Solution Design & Development: Support the design of logistics and warehouse solutions (processes, layouts, systems). Contribute to dimensioning models (costs, resources, investments). Assist in developing tailored recommendations and action plans

• Project Execution: Participate actively in project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with senior consultants and managers in structuring project work. Support implementation phases and client workshops

• Client Interaction: Contribute to client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Communicate analytical findings and proposed solutions clearly.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation. Ensure proper documentation of analyses, assumptions, and solutions

• Continuous Improvement & Support: Research industry trends, tools, and best practices. Support proposal development and internal initiatives when required

We are currently looking for a Consultant to support our growth. The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach collaborate with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to cost savings, understanding and modeling the Clients current operational processes, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities.

This role presents an excellent career opportunity to develop supply chain modelling and design skills in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on project requirements.

• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, process flows, and material flows

• Experience with data tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, QlikSense, SQL)

• Knowledge of process modelling tools (e.g., SAP Signavio)

• Familiarity with WMS/WCS systems and warehouse technologies

• Basic knowledge of layout design tools (AutoCAD or similar)

• Experience participating in logistics or warehouse projects

• Ability to structure analyses and develop data-driven solutions

• Understanding of project methodologies and deliverables

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

• Languages: Spanish and English (professional working proficiency). Other languages are a plus.
