We are looking for a Store Specialist to join our team in Alicante and help us create great shopping experiences for our customers and their furry friends. This is a temporary position of 30 hours per week to cover medical leave.

At Miscota, we don't just sell products—we create a universe for pets! As a Store Specialist, you will be a key pillar in our daily operations. Your missions will include:

• Top-notch customer service: You will be the smiling face of Miscota! You will greet, advise, and help our customers find everything they need for their pets, from the tastiest food to the most fun toy.
• Product expertise: You will get to know our range of pet products inside out (food, accessories, hygiene, etc.) and be able to recommend the best options based on each little animal's needs.
• Store management: You will help with organizing and restocking, ensuring the store looks impeccable and all products are ready to be discovered.
• Cash register and transactions: You will handle the cash register with agility and precision, ensuring every sale is a smooth experience.
• Maintenance and cleanliness: You will help keep the environment clean and tidy, because the comfort of our customers and their pets is paramount.
