About the role

In line with our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a person for our laboratory technician position. Under the supervision of the Enologist, the Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing wine analyses related to bottling and grape ripeness, in preparation for the harvest.

What you'll do

  • Support grape sampling in the vineyard for subsequent laboratory analysis
  • Perform physical and chemical analyses of grapes and must in the laboratory
  • Record and monitor analytical processes by plot and by batch
  • Participate in monitoring and adding nutrients to fermentation tanks
  • Supervise malolactic fermentations together with those responsible for the Technical Department
  • Work with the technical department in monitoring the evolution of fermentations
  • Participate in the organoleptic monitoring of fermentations and of the wines produced
  • Participate in R&D and micro-vinification projects
  • Ensure traceability tracking through the management information system
