• Experience: Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, lead generation, and sales funnels.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Design and Copywriting Skills: Ability to create engaging visual content and write persuasive and emotionally resonant copy in multi-channel formats. UGC capabilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the bridal fashion industry and the latest trends in digital marketing. (not strictly necessary).
• Analytical Skills: Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to evaluate campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and analyze ROI. Website optimization.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• English: B2 level or higher.
