What you'll do
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation for the fabrication and assembly of piping.
- Create templates, fabricate, pre-assemble, assemble, disassemble, and tack-weld piping, both in the workshop and onboard.
- Perform hydraulic and pneumatic tests on piping systems, verifying their correct operation.
- Execute operational tasks associated with piping, boilermaking, and welding within their area of expertise.
- Coordinate and supervise assigned tasks, ensuring the proper execution of activities and compliance with established standards.
- Control and monitor works and repairs on vessels, ensuring the quality of the work, execution deadlines, and the optimization of resources.
- Collaborate in the planning of works, the management of materials and equipment, and the subcontracting of services within their specialty.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental regulations applicable to the work performed.
