The role

We are looking to hire an Accounting Technician for the Nebrija University Residences.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of general accounting, registration and review of accounting operations.
Performing bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying and resolving possible discrepancies.
Support in performing accounting closings and preparing the information necessary for them.
Preparation and support in the management of tax obligations, mainly VAT, withholdings, and Corporate Tax.
Handling of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, participating in the management, review, and validation of accounting information.
Support in the implementation and adaptation of accounting processes in Business Central, including the review of data and procedures.
Monitoring of the integrations between Adisic and Business Central, checking the correct transfer and updating of information.
Organization and filing of accounting and tax documentation, as well as updating internal procedures and documentation.

Required

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or similar.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in accounting functions.
Knowledge of general accounting and bank and accounting reconciliations.
Knowledge of taxation and tax obligations, such as VAT and withholdings.
Experience in accounting closings.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, being this an especially important requirement.
Good command of Excel.
Organized, methodical person with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
