Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Personnel Administration, or Personnel Cost Control positions.
- Experience in managing corporate benefits and flexible remuneration, preparation and monitoring of personnel budgets, salary reviews, and variable remuneration.
- Advanced proficiency in Sage or equivalent payroll and Human Resources management tools.
- Advanced Excel level: pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and modeling.
- Knowledge of salary structures, remuneration policies, and social benefits.
The role
Universidad Nebrija needs to expand its team by incorporating a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The selected person will participate in the management of remuneration policies and employee benefits, as well as in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budget, providing analysis and information for decision-making.
What you'll do
- Manage social benefits for employees: study discounts for employees and their families, corporate health insurance, flexible remuneration, and other benefits.
- Process the corresponding authorizations and guarantee the correct loading and updating of information in the payroll software.
- Participate in the annual salary review processes, calculate individual and collective remuneration increases, and manage their implementation.
- Participate in the management of variable remuneration processes.
- Prepare and consolidate annual personnel expense budgets, integrating payroll information, organizational structure, and activity planning.
- Perform simulations, economic impact reports, and analysis of workforce and personnel costs.
- Attend to and advise employees and managers on remuneration policies and benefit programs, coordinating the resolution of incidents with providers and internal areas.
