At FRANQUICIAS NECO S.L., an established company in the restaurant sector with four buffet restaurants specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and located in shopping centers and strategic areas of Valencia, we are looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant to strengthen our team in Alfafar, Paterna, Paseo de Ruzafa, or El Saler. The assignment of the location will be made based on the selected profile, ensuring the best adaptation and professional development.

The main duties of the position include dining room support, customer service, food and beverage service, tray handling, and collaboration in maintaining order and cleanliness of the space. We work under a high standard of customer service, so we especially value friendliness, people skills, and a service-oriented attitude.

We offer a part-time contract of 30 hours per week, with real opportunities for growth in both hours and responsibilities, as well as professional development. The schedule is distributed from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week and shifts from 12:30 PM to 5:15 PM and from 8:00 PM to 11:45 PM, with a maximum of 2-3 split shifts per week. The salary is adjusted to our own collective agreement, and we guarantee a good work environment in a young and dynamic team, as well as immediate start.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the position (highly valued in buffet-style restaurants), agility and quick learning ability, a positive attitude, capacity for development, availability to work split shifts and rotating schedules, and a desire to grow and build a career within the group. En FRANQUICIAS NECO S.L., empresa consolidada en el sector de la restauración con cuatro restaurantes buffet libre especializados en comida mediterránea y ubicados en centros comerciales y zonas estratégicas de Valencia, buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de camarero/a para reforzar nuestro equipo en Alfafar, Paterna, Paseo de Ruzafa o El Saler. La asignación del centro se realizará en función del perfil seleccionado, garantizando así la mejor adaptación y desarrollo profesional.

Las principales funciones del puesto incluyen apoyo en sala, atención al cliente, servicio de alimentos y bebidas, manejo de bandeja y colaboración en el mantenimiento del orden y la limpieza del espacio. Trabajamos bajo un alto estándar de atención al cliente, por lo que valoramos especialmente la amabilidad, el don de gentes y la orientación al servicio.

Ofrecemos un contrato a tiempo parcial de 30 horas semanales, con posibilidades reales de crecimiento tanto en jornada como en responsabilidades y desarrollo profesional. La jornada se distribuye de lunes a domingo, con 2 días de descanso semanales y turnos de 12:30 a 17:15 y de 20:00 a 23:45, con un máximo de 2-3 turnos partidos por semana. El salario se ajusta a nuestro convenio propio y garantizamos un buen ambiente de trabajo en un equipo joven y dinámico, así como incorporación inmediata.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en el puesto (muy valorable en restaurantes tipo buffet), agilidad y rapidez en el aprendizaje, actitud positiva, capacidad de desarrollo, disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos partidos y horario rotativo, y ganas de crecer y hacer carrera dentro del grupo. La resolución y la capacidad de adaptación serán claves para el éxito en este puesto.
