At FRANQUICIAS NECO S.L., a consolidated company in the restaurant sector with four all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and located in shopping centers and strategic areas of Valencia, we are looking to bring on a Waiter/Waitress Assistant to strengthen our team in Alfafar, Paterna, Paseo de Ruzafa, or El Saler. The assignment of the location will be made based on the selected profile, thus ensuring the best adaptation and professional development.

The main duties of the position include floor support, customer service, food and beverage service, tray handling, and collaboration in maintaining order and cleanliness of the space. We work under a high standard of customer service, so we especially value friendliness, people skills, and a service-oriented attitude.

We offer an initial temporary contract of 30 hours per week, with a real possibility of extension to 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the location and the performance of the person hired. Likewise, there is the possibility of converting the contract to permanent.

The vacancy is for our location in Paterna, Parque Tecnológico, so it will be highly valued if the candidate resides in the area or has their own vehicle or easy access to the location via public transportation.

En FRANQUICIAS NECO S.L., empresa consolidada en el sector de la restauración con cuatro restaurantes buffet libre especializados en comida mediterránea y ubicados en centros comerciales y zonas estratégicas de Valencia, buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de camarero/a para reforzar nuestro equipo en Alfafar, Paterna, Paseo de Ruzafa o El Saler. La asignación del centro se realizará en función del perfil seleccionado, garantizando así la mejor adaptación y desarrollo profesional.

Las principales funciones del puesto incluyen apoyo en sala, atención al cliente, servicio de alimentos y bebidas, manejo de bandeja y colaboración en el mantenimiento del orden y la limpieza del espacio. Trabajamos bajo un alto estándar de atención al cliente, por lo que valoramos especialmente la amabilidad, el don de gentes y la orientación al servicio.

Ofrecemos un contrato inicial temporal de 30 horas semanales, con posibilidad real de ampliación a 40 horas semanales en función de las necesidades del centro y del desempeño de la persona incorporada. Asimismo, existe la posibilidad de conversión del contrato a indefinido.

La vacante es para nuestro centro ubicado en Paterna, Parque Tecnológico, por lo que se valorará muy positivamente que la candidatura resida en la zona o disponga de vehículo propio o facilidad para acceder al centro mediante transporte público.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en el puesto (muy valorable en restaurantes tipo buffet), agilidad y rapidez en el aprendizaje, actitud positiva, capacidad de desarrollo, disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos partidos y horario rotativo, y ganas de crecer y hacer carrera dentro del grupo. La resolución y la capacidad de adaptación serán claves para el éxito en este puesto.
