The role

At Nortempo Vilagarcía, we are looking for an accounting administrative assistant for an important company in the textile sector.

We are looking for active, responsible people who are eager to work in a team. If you have experience in the administrative sector, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

- Management and control of the company's administrative and accounting documentation.

- Registration, accounting, and tracking of supplier and customer invoices.

- Control and reconciliation of accounts, as well as support in the management of collections and payments.

- Management and tracking of orders, delivery notes, and purchases.

-- Updating and maintaining information and documentation in the management systems.
