The role

At Nortempo Selección, we are looking for a Personnel Administration Technician to join the People team of an industrial company located in Alzira.

We are looking for an organized and proactive person with experience in labor administration and payroll, and a good level of English to operate autonomously in a professional and international environment.

What you'll do

* Administrative management of the labor cycle of employees.

* Contracts, renewals, modifications, terminations, settlements, and labor documentation.

* Management and monitoring of payroll incidents.

* Control of salary variables, vacations, absenteeism, sick leave, and other remuneration concepts.

* Management of procedures with Social Security and official bodies.

* Handling of Sistema RED, Siltra, Contrat@, and other labor platforms.

* Support in labor reporting, personnel costs, and area documentation.

* Management and updating of information in internal HR tools.
