Mortgage Advisor

From the Sales&Marketing division of Grupo Nortempo, we are looking for 1 Mortgage Advisor with a strong sales profile to strengthen the team in offices located in Las Tablas (Madrid, 100% on-site work).

Main duties:

· Contact clients and carry out a financial study.

· Collect and validate documentation to analyze the viability of the transaction.

· Identify banking institutions that best fit the client's profile.

· Draft and manage the signing of the Engagement Letter.

· Coordinate with the internal analysis and formalization departments.

· Stable contract in a growing company.

· Attractive variable compensation, additional bonus.

· Salary review every 2-3 months based on performance.

Working hours:

· Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (30 min breakfast + 1h lunch).

· Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Real estate activities

· Very strong sales profile, with high communication and closing skills.

· No prior experience in mortgages is required (although it is valued).

· Strong results orientation, persistence, and negotiation skills.

· Good telephone manner and clear communication.

· Preferred residence in northern Madrid (Las Tablas, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Chamartín, etc.).

Desde la división de Sales&Marketing de Grupo Nortempo nos encontramos en búsqueda de 1 Asesor/a Hipotecario con un fuerte perfil comercial para reforzar el equipo en oficinas ubicadas en Las Tablas (Madrid, trabajo 100% presencial).

Funciones principales:

· Contactar con los clientes y realizar estudio financiero.

· Recoger y validar documentación para analizar la viabilidad de la operación.

· Identificar entidades bancarias que mejor se ajusten al perfil del cliente.

· Redactar y gestionar la firma de la Nota de Encargo.

· Coordinar con los departamentos internos de análisis y formalización.

· Contrato estable en una compañía en crecimiento.

· Variable atractiva, bonus adicional.

· Revisión salarial cada 2-3 meses según rendimiento.

· Potencial de crecimiento interno y plan de carrera real.

Horario laboral:

· Lunes a jueves: 9:00 a 19:00 (30 min desayuno + 1h comida).

· Viernes: 9:00 a 15:30.

Actividades inmobiliarias

· Perfil comercial muy fuerte, con alta capacidad de comunicación y cierre.

· No se requiere experiencia previa en hipotecas (aunque se valora).

· Alta orientación a resultados, persistencia y habilidades de negociación.

· Buen manejo telefónico y comunicación clara.

· Residencia preferente en el norte de Madrid (Las Tablas, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Chamartín, etc.).
