The role

At Nortempo Selección, we are looking for full-time nurses for our client, a residence located 15 min from Palma.

What you'll do

Functions:
- Performing nursing care assessments upon patient admission and the established periodic assessments.
- Preparing and administering medications to residents following medical prescriptions.
- Providing palliative care: administering morphine and other palliative medications.
- Validating the care, treatment, nutrition, and medication plan carried out within the interdisciplinary team.
- Adding to the resident's medical record the guidelines and their progress.
- Providing emotional and psychological support to residents, as well as attending to family members' inquiries.
-Supervising the care provided by auxiliary staff according to guidelines from the interdisciplinary team.
- Performing INR tests (coagulation tests) and INR monitoring (Sintrom), carrying out the analyses and dose adjustments prescribed by the physician.
