The role

Nortempo is recruiting a Packaging Operator to join an important food sector company located in Picassent.

We are looking for someone with experience in the food industry and on production lines, with a desire to grow professionally and progressively take on Line Operator duties.

What you'll do

Perform the weighing of raw materials and ingredients following the manufacturing orders and production technical data sheets.
Prepare and dose ingredients according to the established recipes, guaranteeing compliance with the defined quantities and tolerances.
Verify the correct identification of raw materials, batches, and expiration dates before their use.
Feed and operate packaging, labelling and sealing machinery.
Place containers on the production line and carry out basic machinery adjustments.
Keep the workstation clean and tidy, complying with food hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the line runs correctly.

🎯 What are we looking for?

Previous experience in food sector companies and on production lines or similar positions.
Valuable experience in forklift handling and possessing a forklift operator diploma/certificate is valued.
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts:
- ☀️ Morning: 06:00 to 14:00
- 🌆 Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00

Requirements

Previous experience in food sector companies.

Experience on production lines or similar positions.

Experience operating a forklift.

Hold a forklift licence/certificate.

Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Availability for immediate start.

A responsible, dynamic person with the ability to work in a team and an interest in developing within the company.
