What we're looking for

We are looking for dynamic, resourceful individuals accustomed to physical work, who stand out for their speed, manual dexterity, and ability to work in demanding productive environments.

-Immediate start.

-Previous experience in manufacturing environments.

-Technological skills are valued.

Nice to have

Previous experience in production lines, the food industry, canneries, warehouses, logistics, agriculture, hospitality, or similar positions where a fast pace, physical endurance, and attention to detail are required will be highly valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- 6-month contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT).

- Approximate base salary: between 2,700 and 3,200 euros gross per month.

-Schedules:

Third shift: weekly rotation (M/A/N) from Monday to Friday.

- 4th shift: rotation every 2 days (6 days worked - 3 days off).

- 5th shift: Work based on rotating schedules.

The role

Nortempo ETT is looking to hire production and warehouse operatives for a well-known company in the metal sector. The company is located in the areas of Padrón and Catoira, in various fabrication, assembly, painting, machining, and logistics departments.

What you'll do

Your duties will include:

-Performing production, assembly, painting, and/or material handling tasks in an industrial environment.

-Feeding and supervising production lines.

-Quality control of products and detection of incidents or deviations.

-Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
