What we're looking for

Training: no specific training is required. Initial training on the product, rates, and the sales process will be provided.
Additional valued training: sales, retail, customer service, marketing, energy sector, billing, or electricity rates.
Experience: commercial experience will be valued, especially in stand sales, telecommunications, insurance, energy, member acquisition, promotion, or customer service.
Driving license: depending on the area to be covered.
Own vehicle: valued/depending on the area to be covered.
Availability: Mon-Sat rotating shifts. one week mornings from 10:00 to 15:00, the next afternoons from 16:00 to 21:00
Geographic mobility: depending on the assigned area.

Good communication skills and customer service.

Goal and results orientation.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Sales skills and ability to close deals.

Basic proficiency with tablets and mobile phones.

Immediate availability.

Previous experience in commercial roles, customer service, promotion, member acquisition, or consulting will be valued.

Experience in stand sales, telecommunications, insurance, energy, member acquisition for NGOs, or product/service promotion will be especially valued.

Experience in the energy sector is not required. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn. We offer initial training so you can develop your sales skills.

The role

From Flexibleos (Nortempo Group), we are looking for Commercial Promoters to join our sales team at El Corte Inglés located at C/ del Gral. Elorza, 75, 33002 Oviedo, Asturias

If you have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a drive to achieve goals, we want to meet you! Experience in the energy sector is not required: we will provide initial training on our products and rates.

What you'll do

Attracting and assisting customers at the point of sale.
Providing personalized advice on electricity and gas rates.
Analyzing bills to identify opportunities for improvement and savings.
Comparing the customer's current conditions with our rates.
Presenting proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
Closing sales and formalizing contracts.
Building, managing, and retaining a customer portfolio.
Following up on customers and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities and objectives

Meeting established schedules.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Developing and growing the customer portfolio.
Tracking results and commercial opportunities.
Maintaining high-quality customer service throughout the entire sales process.
