Maintenance Engineer

Degree in Engineering (Electricity – Electronics branch)

Medium-HIGH English (fluent speaking).

Schneider and Siemens PLC programming

Awareness of Food Safety standards.

Advanced knowledge of Office automation (MS Office),

AREA: COLD GLASS MAINTENANCE

Planning of works, personnel management, and implementation of organizational improvements and cost reductions alongside the workshop manager. Substitute for the workshop manager in their absence. 

Their functions are part of the plant's management systems: Safety, Environment, Quality and Food Safety, and machinery maintenance: 

1. Ensure  compliance with safety and quality procedures during works.
2. Coordinate the work of the workshop personnel together with the  manager.
3. Execution and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the machinery under the responsibility of the Cold Glass workshop. 
4. Analyze the results of said maintenance (breakdown repair time, frequency…).
5. They are responsible for the proper functioning of all inspection machines, robots, packers, labelers, baggers, etc. at an electrical / electronic level
6. Participate in the production changeover process
7. Identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Ensure the correct management of waste in accordance with the signage on the containers distributed throughout the plant.

Active relationship both with the internal departments of Sorting, Workshops, Quality, and Customer Technical Assistance, as well as with external suppliers.

Experience in multinational environments and in production lines of at least 3-5 years.
