WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Head of OLA, responsibilities will include providing support in documentation tasks, creating reports/dashboards, contract follow-ups and order tracking, derived from planning and supply processes for openings, warehouse operational processes, machinery fleet management, waste management and general expense management, seeking automation and industrialization of these processes.

YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:

Ensure proper internal customer service and sales support.

Ensure the execution of the incoming and outgoing goods process.

Control the quantity and quality of received goods.

Comply with safety regulations.

Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown loss and collaborating in the proper preservation of company assets.

Loading and unloading with a forklift and receiving goods using radio frequency.

Collaborate with your team within the company's values.

Participate in warehouse and company life.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a goods receiver within a logistics structure or in a similar role.

Experience dealing with carriers, managing delivery notes, and keeping track of daily incoming goods.

Experience operating machinery (forklift, reach truck, and turret truck) and using radio frequency.

Driver's license.

Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse with your own vehicle or public transportation.
