The role

Food sector company seeks to incorporate a first-class skilled worker - production manager to work in Rivas-Vaciamadrid and perform the following functions:

- Develop and fulfill the daily production plan established with the assigned team.

- Comply with and enforce the policies, rules, and procedures of the integral safety management system.

- Supervise production operations to ensure that operating procedures and quality, safety, and efficiency standards are followed.

- Guarantee the preservation of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and packaging materials required for the execution of production plans.

- Guarantee the management of safety, quality, and productivity self-control in the assigned production processes.

- Comply with the process of recording, material consumption, and closing production orders.

- Guarantee the fulfillment and monitoring of production indicators.

- Effectively address problems and challenges that may arise in the plant, from production interruptions to quality issues.

- Management, leadership, and motivation of their work team, creating a productive and safe work environment.

- Properly manage resources (raw materials, packaging material, and human resources).

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in positions of equal responsibility in food industry companies.
Experience with quality systems.
Excel knowledge.
Availability to work the night shift.
