¿WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 

Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute, through team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development.

YOU ARE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be

Motivate and engage the team by leading by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales floor staff availability, and overseeing daily task completion, while always prioritizing Safety (PPE, handling, hazardous materials...).

Ensure proper customer service by encouraging sales based on their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Know and communicate the sales plan for each product family.

Ensure the maintenance of the section you are responsible for, guaranteeing and coordinating the replenishment of merchandise, and the reliability of stock through inventories and proper brand management.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 

Minimum experience of 3 years motivating and coordinating teams at the point of sale.

Experience in large-scale distribution and/or retail.

We especially value it if you bring higher technical training or training related to commerce (vocational training, degree, or university qualification).

If you also have geographic mobility, you will have the opportunity to access a specific career plan linked to the company's expansion.

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 

En dependencia del Jefe/a de Sector tendrás la misión de contribuir por ti mismo/a a través de la coordinación del equipo a la satisfacción de los Clientes y desarrollo de las ventas.

¡ERES UNA PIEZA FUNDAMENTAL EN EL EQUIPO! Tus funciones serán:

Animar e involucrar al equipo a través del ejemplo, estableciendo las prioridades, asegurando la organización, coordinando la disponibilidad de los vendedores en la sala de venta, el cumplimiento de las tareas del día a día, siempre velando por la Seguridad (EPIS, manipulación de cargas, productos peligrosos...).

Asegurar la correcta atención al Cliente animando la venta en función de sus necesidades para garantizar su satisfacción.

Conocer y transmitir el Plan de Ventas de cada familia de producto.

Velar por el mantenimiento de la sección de la que es responsable garantizando y coordinando la reposición de la mercancía, y la fiabilidad del stock a través de inventarios y una adecuada gestión de la marca.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 

Experiencia mínima de 3 años animando y coordinando equipos en punto de venta.

Experiencia en Gran Distribución y/o Retail.

Valoramos especialmente si aportas formación técnica superior o vinculada a comercio (FP, grado o titulación universitaria).

Si además cuentas con movilidad geográfica tendrás la posibilidad de acceder a un plan de carrera específico, vinculado a la expansión de la compañía.
