What we're looking for

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute, through team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be

Energize and engage the team by leading by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales floor staff availability, completing daily tasks, and always looking after Safety (PPE, handling hazardous materials, dangerous goods...).

Ensure proper customer service by driving sales based on their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Know and communicate the sales plan for each product family.

Ensure the maintenance of the section you are responsible for, guaranteeing and coordinating the replenishment of merchandise, as well as stock reliability through inventories and proper brand management.
