WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 🕵🏻

Coordinate the operational activity of one of our logistics platforms, supervising the logistics operator (3PL) and ensuring that receiving, storage, and shipping flows run efficiently, guaranteeing compliance with service levels, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of operations.


WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the logistics platform, ensuring efficiency and compliance with service standards.

  • Supervise the activity of the logistics operator (3PL), ensuring compliance with SLAs and promoting continuous improvement of operations.

  • Manage logistics flows, stock levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyze incidents, define action plans, and collaborate on optimizing processes and costs.

  • Manage the profit and loss account (P&L) of the assigned platform, ensuring goal achievement.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Transport, Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent service to our customers.

WHO IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 🤩

  • University degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations or logistics platform management.

  • Experience supervising logistics operators (3PL) and managing warehouse operations.

  • Knowledge of logistics KPIs, continuous improvement, and process optimization.

  • Proficiency in logistics management tools (WMS, TMS, or ERP) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Advanced English level is a plus.
