Android Engineer

Right now, we are looking for an Android Engineer to join the Tech Team.

You will build new product features used by millions of people in over 60 countries. This role exists to strengthen the team's technical and AI expertise and make feature delivery faster and higher quality.

• Develop features and new functionality while adhering to the architectural conventions described in the ADR

• Deliver according to team processes - without losing quality or introducing critical bugs

• Build an AI-first approach to development and testing that becomes the standard for the entire Android team

• Maintain high-quality cross-team communication and actively network within the Tech Team

• Freedom in how you work - the option to work from our offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, or fully remotely, with comfortable conditions supported in all three cities

In the team, you will work side by side with a lead and three Android developers.

Your direct manager will be Artem Gryshchuk, who has been developing our product for over 7 years.

• Work on non-trivial tasks and find solutions where no ready-made pattern exists yet

• Implement AI solutions across the full development cycle - from code generation to testing - and show the team how this accelerates delivery without sacrificing quality

• Advance the team's technical expertise

  In this role, you will also encounter a seasoned team, a multi-module architecture, and a custom-built MVI framework that has stood the test of time across various products, along with opportunities to grow into a tech lead in the foreseeable future.

• You have 5+ years of Android development experience

• Kotlin is your primary language, and you are confident with Jetpack Compose and Coroutines

• You are strong in MVI architecture, Hilt, and DI

• You write Unit and e2e tests and own quality independently

• AI is already part of how you work: you write and test the full cycle through AI, understanding where the model can hallucinate, and you validate the result (We work with Claude · Cursor · CodeRabbit · OpenRouter · AWS Bedrock · NotebookLM · N8N · Gemini · OpenAI · HeyGen · Arcads · Krea · Runway · Kling · ElevenLabs)

• You take a task from idea to final result on your own, without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next
