Now we are looking for a Finance Compliance Associate to join our Finance Team. You will build the Finance & Compliance direction that helps the company scale without losing transparency and control. You will not just prepare reports — you will improve processes, coordinate interaction with local administrators and auditors, and ensure compliance of financial operations and internal processes with the requirements of various jurisdictions.

• Build deep expertise in Finance & Compliance, working with financial processes and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

• Take ownership of key processes: from day-to-day operational work to their automation, standardization, and scaling.

• Work with critical financial data and directly influence the transparency, control, and resilience of the company's financial function.

In the team, you will have the opportunity to work with Finance, Legal, and Compliance directions, as well as participate in launching new jurisdictions and developing financial processes. And your direct manager will be Halyna Stadnytska, Head of Finance.

The test assignments include a block on AI usage — when evaluating, we rely on the 4D Framework from Anthropic. Critical and conscious use of AI tools is important to us.

• Develop the finance and compliance function of the company through transparent and timely reporting.

• Ensure compliance of financial processes with the requirements of various jurisdictions and successful completion of external audits.

• Transform Finance & Compliance processes through automation, standardization, and the search for more effective solutions.

• Build Finance & Compliance processes for new jurisdictions, supporting further business scaling.

• Have 3–5 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, and a strong understanding of how financial reporting and Finance & Compliance processes work.

• Be confident in Excel. Experience with VBA or SQL will be an advantage.

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field.

• Have English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher — sufficient for working with documentation, local administrators, and auditors.

• Love taking ownership: you don't wait for ready-made solutions but independently drive tasks from idea to result.

• Be detail-oriented, work responsibly with financial data, and value accuracy in your work.

• Be able to build partnership communication with various stakeholders — from internal teams to external auditors.

• Побудувати глибоку експертизу у Finance & Compliance, працюючи з фінансовими процесами та регуляторними вимогами в різних юрисдикціях.

• Взяти ownership над ключовими процесами: від щоденної операційної роботи до їх автоматизації, стандартизації та масштабування.

• Працювати з критично важливими фінансовими даними й безпосередньо впливати на прозорість, контроль і стійкість фінансової функції компанії.
