As a Senior IT Systems Administrator within our Digital Services division, your role goes far beyond keeping the infrastructure running; you will be the technological engine that ensures the operability, security and efficiency of the systems that support the entire group. In an environment undergoing full digital transformation, your daily work will ensure business continuity and the success of large-scale technology projects that directly impact society.

• Administrate and monitor Windows and Linux servers, as well as the LAN/WAN network infrastructure, firewalls, routers and VPNs, in order to guarantee the absolute continuity of the group operations and the agile resolution of incidents, which will allow you to become a technical benchmark in complex multi-site architectures

• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and Cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud) to drive the efficient migration of our systems to the cloud, gaining cutting-edge experience in the most in-demand technology tools on the market.

• Implement and verify advanced backup and security systems together with critical monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana, in order to prevent threats and ensure the complete integrity of company data, developing a deep vision of cybersecurity and technological resilience.

• Actively collaborate in the planning, execution and design of new IT solutions while reporting directly to the CTO, in order to meet the organization’s growing digitalization needs, which will give you an enormous level of autonomy, freedom in decision-making and a dynamic day-to-day far from monotony.

• We understand that your personal wellbeing is the essential foundation for performing at your best. For this reason, your standard schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and every Friday you will work a continuous shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m..

• You will also enjoy a continuous shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on every day before a public holiday throughout the year and on every regular working day in July and August.

• As an additional benefit to support your family rest, December 24 and 31 are completely free days for all members of the company.

• Specialized technical education: A university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification (CFGS), since this foundation will provide you with the necessary fundamentals to understand the complexity of our corporate network.

• Career record in complex infrastructures: At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing systems and applications in virtual environments with a large number of users and offices, because this will give you the skill needed to act proactively and resolve incidents autonomously.

• Technical mastery of the ecosystem: Real experience in server administration (Windows/Linux), corporate networks and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), which will be your main tools for maintaining the department’s operational excellence.

• Forward-looking cloud-oriented mindset: Knowledge or certifications in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and metric analysis tools (Zabbix, Grafana), which are essential for taking an active part in our strategic plans for technology evolution.

• A problem-solving and teamwork mentality: Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and a willingness for continuous learning, because at Headquarters we value open knowledge exchange and mutual collaboration.

• Flat structure and real agility: You will be part of an agile organization that does not depend on an outside board of directors.

• Implementar y verificar sistemas avanzados de copias de seguridad junto a herramientas de monitorización críticas como Zabbix o Grafana, para prevenir amenazas y asegurar la integridad total de los datos de la compañía, desarrollando una visión profunda en ciberseguridad y resiliencia tecnológica.

• Colaborar activamente en la planificación, ejecución y diseño de nuevas soluciones informáticas reportando de forma directa al CTO, para satisfacer las crecientes necesidades de digitalización de la organización, lo que te aportará una enorme autonomía, libertad en la toma de decisiones y un día a día dinámico lejos de la monotonía.

• Entendemos que tu equilibrio personal es el pilar fundamental para rendir al máximo. Por ello, contarás con un horario habitual de lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 18:00 y todos los viernes jornada intensiva de 8:30 a 15:30.

• Además, disfrutarás de jornada intensiva de 8:30 a 15:30 durante todas las vísperas de festivo del año y todos los días de los meses de julio y agosto.

• Como beneficio adicional para asegurar tu descanso familiar, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son completamente libres para todos los miembros de la compañía.

• Mentalidad resolutiva y de equipo: Capacidad para elaborar documentación técnica precisa y predisposición para el aprendizaje continuo, ya que en Servicios Centrales valoramos el intercambio abierto de conocimientos y la colaboración mutua.
