At OCA Global, we are looking to incorporate an International Controller who will help ensure the reliability of the financial information of our international subsidiaries and ensure that nothing is left to chance in the group's economic management.

🎯 What will be your mission?

You will be a key piece in the control, analysis, and improvement of financial information for the group's companies internationally, providing rigor, analytical vision, and proposals for improvement to help make decisions with confidence.

🚀 What will you do on a daily basis?

• You will control and review the correct allocation of income and costs of the group's companies to ensure the reliability of financial information.

• You will monitor accounts receivable and work in progress, helping to anticipate deviations and risks.

• You will plan and coordinate monthly closings, ensuring that financial information is available in a timely and proper manner.

• You will analyze deviations between reporting and statutory accounting, providing clear and actionable conclusions.

• You will propose improvements to financial reporting, making the information more useful for decision-making.

• You will develop and implement internal controls, contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

• You will provide accounting support to the group's companies and collaborate in the preparation of consolidated annual accounts.

• You will participate in the implementation of the ERP in international subsidiaries, contributing your financial knowledge and process vision.

• You will create financial dashboards that facilitate a clear and visual reading of economic information.

👀 What would we like to see in your profile?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Studies, necessary to deeply understand financial and accounting information.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, to provide autonomy and judgment from the start.

• Previous experience in financial auditing (valued), as it provides an analytical and rigorous vision of financial control.

• Advanced level Excel, essential for data analysis and the preparation of reports.

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, dashboards), to transform financial data into useful information.

• Experience with ERPs such as Odoo or SAP (valued), especially in multinational environments.

• English: valued for this vacancy.

• Analytical capacity, results orientation, and attention to detail, key for an international financial control role.

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly, facilitating decision-making.

• We currently have two vacancies. For one of them, a good level of English is essential.
