Intermediate OHS Technician

• Specialized technical training: 🎓 Holding the official Higher Degree in Occupational Health and Safety to practice as an Intermediate OHS Technician. You will need this technical knowledge to back up your decisions and act as a safety benchmark on-site.

• Mobility and tools: 🚗 Having a driver's license and own vehicle, in addition to a fluid command of office tools (Office), which are essential to ensure agile and structured daily reporting. 💻

• Languages: 🗣️ Proficiency in Spanish is essential, and we will highly value your English skills for the technical communication of the project.

• Valuable complementary training: 🛠️ We will positively value specific knowledge in Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), confined spaces, ATEX regulations, LOTO systems, and critical work management, as well as training in the industrial, offshore, or oil & gas sectors, as these will give you the key tools to operate with total fluency.

• Experience (valuable, but not essential): 🏭 Providing real prevention experience within the industrial sector, industrial shutdowns, or high-demand projects will be a plus, because you will be moving in a fast-paced environment where agility and problem-solving are fundamental.

We are looking to hire Intermediate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technicians for a strategic, large-scale project in the offshore sector in Campamento (Cádiz). • Lead operational support and preventive supervision in the field 🥾 on-site at the project's industrial facilities, to ensure strict compliance with OHS regulations and guarantee that every professional returns home safe and sound every day.

• Manage work permits, observations, and contractor control 📝, achieving the implementation of a real, close preventive culture and operational excellence shared by the entire technical team.

• Coordinate safety meetings, lead technical reporting, and investigate incidents 🔍, especially during critical tasks, collaborating closely with management to anticipate risk situations before they occur.

To guarantee uninterrupted technical coverage for our project, we offer the following modalities so that you can join in the one that best suits you:

• ☀️ OPTION A: Day Shift (with work-life balance benefits)

  • Usual schedule: Rotating shifts. From 7:00h to 15:00h and from 15:00h to 22:00h.

  • Days off: December 24th and 31st are completely free for all of us. 🎉

• 🌙 OPTION B: Night Shift

  • Fixed schedule: From 22:00h to 07:00h, guaranteeing coverage and preventive supervision for the project's night works.
