Health and Safety Coordinator - Sagunto

From onhunters, we are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join a company in the prevention and engineering sector. You will play a key role in the preventive coordination of a large-scale project, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinating the activities of the different parties involved in the project.

🚀 What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for coordinating Health and Safety activities on a large-scale construction site, overseeing compliance with preventive regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring proper coordination among contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved. This is a role with a significant on-site presence, combining fieldwork and document management.

📋 Your main responsibilities will be:

• Overseeing compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention legislation and Health and Safety regulations.
• Coordinating preventive activities among contractors, subcontractors, and self-employed workers.
• Verifying the proper implementation and monitoring of the Health and Safety Plan.
• Managing and validating preventive documentation through CAE platforms.
• Conducting periodic on-site inspections and identifying risk situations.
• Supervising high-risk work and ensuring the application of preventive measures.
• Preparing monitoring reports, incident reports, and inspection reports.
• Participating in coordination meetings with the technical management, the client, and the companies involved.
• Managing teams and coordinating preventive activities in a highly complex environment.

Desde onhunters, buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para integrarse en una empresa del sector de la prevención y la ingeniería. Tendrás un rol clave en la coordinación preventiva de una obra de gran envergadura, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y salud y coordinando la actividad de los diferentes intervinientes en el proyecto.

🚀 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de coordinar las actividades de Seguridad y Salud en una obra de gran dimensión, supervisando el cumplimiento de la normativa preventiva, promoviendo una sólida cultura de seguridad y asegurando la correcta coordinación entre contratistas, subcontratistas y resto de agentes implicados. Se trata de una posición con una marcada presencia en obra, combinando trabajo de campo y gestión documental.

📋 Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Supervisar el cumplimiento de la legislación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Seguridad y Salud.
• Coordinar la actividad preventiva entre contratistas, subcontratistas y trabajadores autónomos.
• Verificar la correcta implantación y seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud.
• Gestionar y validar la documentación preventiva mediante plataformas CAE.
• Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra e identificar situaciones de riesgo.
• Supervisar trabajos de especial peligrosidad y asegurar la aplicación de medidas preventivas.
• Elaborar informes de seguimiento, incidencias e inspecciones.
• Participar en reuniones de coordinación con dirección facultativa, cliente y empresas intervinientes.
• Gestionar equipos y coordinar la actividad preventiva en un entorno de gran complejidad.
