At onhunters, we are looking for a technical professional to strengthen our commercial area, with a specialized focus on ship machinery and systems. The position is aimed at professionals with a solid background in marine engineering, capable of working in international environments and adding value in the management of technical solutions for the maritime sector.

The role requires a deep understanding of main propulsion systems, auxiliary equipment, and ship maintenance, as well as the ability to transfer this technical knowledge to the areas of client management and business development.

You will join the technical-commercial department, with a clear focus on ship machinery and systems, taking responsibility for the overall management of tenders and orders in an international environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Manage technical-commercial tenders and orders for national and international clients, focusing on marine machinery equipment and systems.

· Analyze client technical requirements, ensuring the correct interpretation of specifications related to engines, auxiliary systems, and ship equipment.

· Provide ongoing follow-up on tenders, orders, and business opportunities.

· Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments (engineering, purchasing, operations), ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with deadlines.

· Actively contribute to identifying new opportunities in the field of maintenance and supply of marine equipment.

· University technical education, preferably in:

o Degree in Marine Technology / Marine Engineering

o Naval Engineering (specialization in propulsion or machinery systems)

o Or equivalent qualifications with a focus on ship systems engineering and maintenance

· Solid technical background in marine machinery, with knowledge in the following valued:

o Marine engines and propulsion systems

o Auxiliary ship systems

o Maintenance and operation of marine equipment

· Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent), both spoken and written.

· Previous experience will be valued in:

o Industrial, maritime, or defense environments

o Technical-commercial roles with a relevant technical component

o Activities related to ship maintenance or equipment supply
