Position Overview
Orbio is looking for an AI Governance & Compliance Engineer to help keep our AI systems compliant across EMEA, US, LATAM, and APAC.
In this role, you will sit between Legal, Engineering, and Security - tracking regulatory requirements across regions and translating them into concrete technical work, so our agentic systems stay compliant, auditable, and trustworthy as we scale.
You will build the compliance infrastructure - dashboards, documentation, risk assessments - that lets Orbio operate confidently in front of regulators and enterprise clients alike.
Orbio AI is a Madrid-based startup that provides an AI-native HR platform designed for large enterprises. The platform automates recruitment, selection, and talent management processes through AI agents, offering features like applicant tracking, candidate matching, 24/7 outreach, and multilingual support (over 60 languages).
