As an ELEVATOR TECHNICIAN, your duties will be:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in your assigned area.

• Proactively responding to fault diagnosis and repairs to achieve a solution.

• Carrying out assigned repairs to ensure continuous operation.

• Maintaining direct contact with the client to establish a good working relationship.

• Being proactive in implementing technical improvements and updates.

• Advising the client on how to improve equipment performance.

• Complying with established safety and environmental standards.

MANDATORY to hold the maintenance technician certificate or one of the following qualifications:

Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Industrial Mechatronics. Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electromechanical Maintenance. Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Conveyance.

The following IMAQ qualifications are also valid:

IMAQ 0110 Installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment. IMAQ 0210 Development of projects for material handling, lifting, and transport installations. IMAQ 0108 Maintenance and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment. IMAQ 0208 Planning, Management, and Execution of maintenance and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment, and automated production lines. FMEE0208 Assembly and commissioning of industrial equipment and machinery.

Industrial specialty engineering degrees will be valid

EXPERIENCE: preferably at least 3 years in elevator maintenance/installation. If you do not have prior experience, vocational training (FP) from the aforementioned list is required (see Certifications/Training section).

Como TÉCNICO DE ASCENSORES, tus funciones serán:

• Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos en tu zona asignada.

• Responder proactivamente ante la diagnosis de averías y reparaciones con el objetivo de conseguir una solución.

• Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas para lograr un funcionamiento continuo.

• Estar en contacto directo con el cliente para establecer una buena relación de trabajo.

• Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.

• Asesorar al cliente sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.

• Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.

OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:

CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial. CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico. CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial. CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.

También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:

IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial. IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción. FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.

Serán válidas las Ingenierías de espec. Industrial

EXPERIENCIA: preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo. Certificac. /Formación).
