Key Holder (Part-Time Sales Supervisor) - Lagoh, Hollister

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate the register/point-of-sale system.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Thefull timestarting rate for this position is€21,000.00annually (i.e., thefull timerecruiting pay range for this position is€21,000.00- €21,000.00annually).The starting rate and range may bemodifiedin the future.For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 40per week.

• Availability will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
• Availability is required on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays.
• In addition, during peak periods, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
