What we're looking for

What you'll bring to us:

+8 years of experience in Backend development
Working experience with Golang.
Proven FinTech industry experience (digital banking, payments, fraud detection, or compliance systems).
Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL);
Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery Tools: Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins;
Familiarity with API creation and RESTful services;
Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience in other languages is a nice to have;

What you'll do

The impact you'll make:

As a Golang Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of different platforms and applications; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define new solutions.

Develop new features for a large-scale software platform and applications;
Keep the best practices and patterns in backend design and development;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship solutions;
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Technology stack

Backend: Golang (primary), with best practices in clean architecture and microservices.
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes, Docker.
Event-Driven Architecture: Apache Kafka for real-time transaction processing.
APIs & Networking: Envoy Proxy (RPC), RESTful/gRPC services.
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational), NoSQL (for high-throughput data).
CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, automated testing/deployment pipelines
