Style Advisor (ECI Puerto Banús)

• We are looking for a person with a commercial mindset and strong client management skills, who is enthusiastic, proactive, positive, flexible, and empathetic, with an eye for detail and a sensitivity for the product and the brand.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail sales, in the fashion, beauty, accessories, or luxury sectors. Previous experience in the jewelry sector will be highly valued.

We are currently looking for a Style Advisor to work 30h/week for our new opening in ECI Puerto Banús. In this role, you will be a key piece in the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, creating added value for the brand and being a PDPAOLA brand ambassador.

• You will be responsible for providing a unique and personalized shopping experience to our customers, sharing our values, brand philosophy, and advising on our collections.
• In line with PDPAOLA's values, you will provide premium and exceptional service to our customers, as well as a unique shopping experience and 360º branding, as they are our greatest treasure.
• Customer loyalty and image consulting.
• Support with store opening and/or closing.
• Support with daily operational tasks, including organizing, arranging products, restocking, and inventory control.
• Identify and analyze areas for improvement throughout the customer experience process, restocking, inventory, etc., and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
• Support with Visual Merchandising tasks to maintain the store's premium atmosphere.
• Follow-up and customer loyalty through phone or written contact, inviting our customers to return to the store.
• Report shopping trends and customer needs to the Store Manager so they can be communicated to PDPAOLA's product team.
• Participation and support in preparing events and activities held in the store.
• Ensure the fulfillment of your individual and global objectives.
