You will be the person responsible for ensuring the reliability of the monthly closing in collection items, bank reconciliation, amortizations, and provisions, so that the Administration Manager and the CFO have correct figures.
What you'll do
- Management of franchise collections, B2B customers, and ecommerce, including follow-up on unpaid invoices and aging of balances.
- Periodic bank reconciliation (cross-referencing bank movements, Embat, and Sage), identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparation of the supporting documentation for these items for the monthly closing and for auditing.
- Direct communication with customers/franchisees for collection management when necessary.
